Rewards are earned by cardholders when a Max Card is scanned with a qualifying purchase* at the register.

*Non-qualifying purchases include pharmacy, lottery, lotto, Rug Doctor, postage stamps, gift cards, money orders, tax, and other service items.

Stop by any Niemanns Customer Service Desk to obtain a new Max Card. Your old card’s rewards can be transferred to your new Max Card by calling the Max Card Hotline at (888)722-6629 during normal business hours: Monday thru Friday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. CST.

Customers shopping Niemanns can continue to use their current Max Card, Phone Number or mycountymarket App to get Max Card pricing in store, weekly ad pricing, clip digital coupons or participate on any Max Card required promotions.

Do I Need the Niemanns App?

Niemanns customers will be encouraged to download the Niemanns App to get all Max Card required pricing and promotions, plus special “Niemanns only” promotions and notifications.

Don't have a Card with County Market or Niemanns?

Niemanns customers downloading the App will be asked to link to either their current Max Card number, if they do not have one, they can select “Don’t have a card”. They will automatically be assigned a digital card number.

I Have Muliple Cards, Can I Link?

For multiple cards: Link to create a primary “household” account. Linking will allow the customer to use any of their Max Card loyalty numbers to participate with promotions and pricing while also keeping any reward points or previously clipped coupons in their primary “household”. Can I Use My Rewards and Coupons at Either Store?

Customers can continue to use any of their Max Card numbers at any County Market or Niemanns location. For example, a customer can clip a digital coupon from either the County Market or Niemanns App and redeem at either location.

*Note, Digital Coupons and other promotional offers presented on the Niemanns App as an “Exclusive Niemanns Offer” can only be redeemed at a Niemanns location.
