Simply shop, then enter your phone number at the checkout terminal. Earn 10 points per $1 spent, plus bonus points on featured items.

*Non-qualifying purchases include pharmacy, lottery, lotto, Rug Doctor, postage stamps, gift cards, money orders, tax, and other service items.

You can view your current points balance anytime in the Max Plus! App. Simply log in, and your balance will be displayed on the home screen.

Additional ways to check your balance:

• In-store: Each time you check out at our store, your points balance will show on the checkout terminal. They can also be found at the bottom of your printed or digital receipt.
• Online: Log in to your MaxPlus! Rewards account on our website.

When you have earned enough points, you’ll have the option to redeem your points for free items, offers, and discounts.  Clip the offer you would like to redeem in the app or at the checkout terminals. Points add up quickly. You can choose to bank your points and redeem for higher-value offers and items or spend them as soon as you earn them.

Rewards can be used at any of our County Market and Niemanns locations.

Yes, there are a few exclusions.  Points cannot be earned or redeemed on gift cards, prepaid credit or debit cards, lottery tickets, alcohol, tobacco, smokeless tobacco, pharmacy prescriptions, postage, shipping, rental, propane exchanges, and most customer service transactions, including licenses, money orders, wire transfers, and other non-food-related transactions. Other exclusions may apply, as we reserve the right to change, limit, or update our program at any time.

Points expire 90 days after they are earned and issued.

Points must be earned at the time of purchase. However, you have up to 24 hours to claim points you would have earned on your purchases by emailing the MaxPlus! helpdesk at maxplushotline@niemannfoods.com. Please include proof of purchase (receipt), as well as your first name, last name, and phone number.
